Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, our company's mission is to deliver state-of-the-art land surveying and planning services to our clients. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service. "Precision Delivered" is our guiding principle: high-quality surveys, done right, done fast.

Our Mission

Our company was founded on the belief that Knoxville and surrounding regions needed a surveying company that combined "big-company" capability with small business attention to clients. All of our clients are important to us, regardless of size, and we give all of our projects the same high-level of service.

Our Management Team

Michael A. Lewis, R.L.S.   Land Surveyor/Business Manager

Mike is a registered land surveyor licensed in Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia and Kentucky. He has a B.S. in Surveying and Mapping Science from East Tennessee State University, a J.D. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and an M.B.A. from Indiana University-Bloomington. Mike has been registered as a land surveyor in Tennessee since 1994 and has worked in the land surveying, real estate and legal professions for over twenty years. Gregory L. Corum    Business Development/Project Coordinator

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He has experience working in the transportation industry, and in addition to land surveying, has worked in other real estate-related fields including construction management and property management, and commercial lease administration.
